Five Finger Lakes business owners and members of We Are Seneca Lake were scheduled to go on trial in town court at 9:30 a.m. today.
The five were charged Nov. 19, 2014, with trespass and disorderly conduct while protesting outside the gates of Crestwood Midstream’s facility in Schuyler County.
